The rules, kept short
No dense legal walls. Here is what you agree to when you use a Lumenbox mailbox.
Your account
One person per account, and the details you give us should be accurate. Keep your password to yourself — anything sent from your mailbox is treated as sent by you.
Your address
You claim an address on one of our domains for as long as your account is active. Addresses cannot be transferred or sold, and we may reclaim an address that has been dormant for a year.
Plans and billing
The free plan is supported by clearly marked ads. The Pro plan is £2.99 a month, billed monthly, and cancellable at any time — cancelling returns your mailbox to the free plan and you keep your address.
Fair use
No spam, no bulk unsolicited mail, no phishing, no malware, and nothing unlawful. Accounts used this way are suspended without notice.
Availability
We work hard to keep Lumenbox running around the clock, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Closing an account
You can close your mailbox whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why where we're able to.
