What we collect
Your email address, the Lumenbox address you claim, and the details of any inbox you choose to connect. Nothing more than we need to run your mailbox.
We never read your mail
Ads on the free plan are placed by position in the message list only. Their selection never involves the contents of your messages, and no advertiser receives your address.
Connected inboxes
When you connect an inbox from another provider, access is used purely to bring your mail across. You can disconnect at any time, and access ends immediately.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal details to anyone, and we do not share them except where the law requires it.
Deleting your account
Ask us to close your mailbox and we remove your messages, connected inbox records, and profile. Backups clear within 30 days.
