How do I claim my free address?
Pick a name on the Domains page, check it is free, then finish on the sign-up page. Your mailbox is ready straight away.
Can I keep using my old email address?
Yes. Connect it from the Import mail page and your messages appear alongside your Lumenbox mail. The free plan covers one inbox; Pro covers as many as you like.
Why am I seeing ads?
Ads keep the free plan free. They sit in a clearly marked strip and are never chosen from the contents of your messages.
How quickly will someone reply?
Most messages get a reply within one working day. Pro mailboxes go to the front of the queue.
